  This church hired SMS Property Management to be their landlord for a rental house located directly on the church's campus or property. I lived there for only a couple of months and in that short period it was a living hell. The police were at the house almost on a daily basis for many reasons such as serving a warrant, stolen cars, drugs, assaults, etc. I personally had many things stolen along with all the other tenants living there. This house has 6 rooms and every tenant living there reported several concerns or issues which needed landlord attention like a broken ceiling fan that appeared to be smoking, the shower not working, lack of security, and theft crimes etc. July 31st or so the house catches fire and was deemed unsafe by city official's. The landlord was notified about the fire and that the tenants were now homeless. 13 hours later the SMS landlord arrived at the house and told us that we get zero help relocating and said read the lease. The church claims to have no knowledge on any of these issues. This church and SMS have done nothing to help the tenants find a place or lend a helping hand. The law states that if a house is deemed unsafe by a city official and the tenants are forced to leave that the owner (church) is responsible for some of the relocating costs. I have received no help or even kind offers whatsoever. A Church Board member named Dave has promised me he would help me via Email with rental listings and call me at certain times, he has not kept his word at all. What kind of Godly people responsible for running a church behave like this? Maybe just these people?

  Great people and a great worship experience. The best music in town and a pastoral staff second to none. The Church has a family-focused production called FUSION every month during the school year that is designed to bring families together to experience drama and worship. Great fun for all!!

  A wonderful church. We have been attending since 2012. We also have a special needs daughter and they have welcomed her with open arms and she was even able to attend the youth winter retreat this year, she had a blast. The church is also missions focused and has a food bank behind it to help those who need it.
